Adele plays Lady Lazarus, awaking from a three year slumber on the world of music. After releasing her blockbuster album 21, Adele became a household name. She dominated airplay and collected a myriad of awards. On Hello, she fails to soften her grip on the music industry. Hello  further highlights her passionate vocal delivery and gives an open view to her fervent soul. The lyrics paint the usual narrative of an ended relationship that still has strong feeling from the past tied to it. When the songstress  crooned the first line, I was instantly enthralled. The Greg Kurstin produced track makes the keys on the piano pound and resonate through the listener’s spine, and Adele’s piercing emotional voice gives the song a perfect cadence because of her voice’s natural melodic value. Her soulful cries and lengthy belts give the song an ominous atmosphere, for it is her voice that is the best and lead instrument on the track. However, this track is far from perfect. It still follows the basic narrative of an Adele song, and the song does run on.
